Junior Systems Analyst

Looking for a Junior Systems Analyst to support a project aimed at optimizing the supply chain process for a global manufacturing client.

Responsibilities:

– Assist in collecting business and system requirements from stakeholders in the supply chain department.

– Map and document business processes using tools like BPMN or UML.

– Help the technical team translate business requirements into functional specifications.

– Participate in system testing and quality assurance to ensure smooth integration of the new system.

– Create and maintain user manuals and other documentation related to the system.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or Engineering.

– Basic knowledge of system analysis techniques, such as requirements gathering and process mapping.

– Familiarity with modeling tools like BPMN, UML, or Visio is a plus.

– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

– Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
