Seeking a beginner level Business Analyst to join a team developing a service for learning.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from customers and users of the learning service.
• Participate in the development and optimization of learning processes and platform functionality.
• Conducting market research and analyzing competitive solutions in the field of educational technology.
• Preparing reports and presentations for the development team and management using data visualization tools.
• Collaborating with UX/UI design teams to improve user experience on the platform.
• Participating in testing new service features and collecting feedback from users.

Requirements:

• Experience as a business analyst or in a related field for 2 years or more.
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques (e.g. SWOT analysis, PEST analysis).
• Knowledge of database (SQL) fundamentals for analyzing user data.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau) will be an advantage.
• Understanding of software development principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Interest in educational technologies and desire to develop in this field.
