Junior Data Science & AI Associate

This isn't a role where you'll just be pulling reports. You'll be in the trenches, working on models that directly affect business decisions across finance and e-commerce. You'll be paired with a senior mentor, but you won't be micromanaged. We need someone who can take a messy problem, dig into the data, and start building.

What You'll Do:

- Clean, explore, and identify anomalies in large datasets.

- Build and test machine learning models (classification, regression, etc.).

- Write Python code using Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.

- Visualize your findings for non-technical stakeholders.

- Participate in sprint planning.

What We're Looking For:

- A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field.

- Proficiency in Python, including Pandas and Scikit-learn.

- The ability to write SQL queries more complex than "SELECT".

- A solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals.

- A public GitHub profile with your projects is a huge plus.

- Experience with AWS or frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow is a bonus.
