Junior QA Associate - Software Testing

What You'll Actually Be Doing

- Methodically running manual test cases for new features before they go live.

- Hunting for bugs. We want you to be curious and try to break things.

- Writing clear, concise bug reports in Jira with steps to reproduce the issue. This is critical.

- Working directly with a small team of 4 developers and a product manager.

- Verifying that bug fixes actually work and haven't introduced new problems (regression testing).

- Helping maintain our library of test documentation to support release cycles.

The Right Person for This Role

- Has a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 0-2 years of professional experience.

- Incredibly detail-oriented. You notice things others miss.

- Strong written communication skills are non-negotiable for documenting bugs clearly.

- A logical, problem-solving approach to tasks.

- Familiarity with a bug tracking tool like Jira is a huge plus, but we can teach you.

- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup and reporting to the QA Lead.
