Junior Document Control Assistant (Remote)

You'll be the go-to person for keeping our digital records in perfect order, supporting teams across the business with accurate document handling and data entry.


What You'll Actually Be Doing

- Handling the intake, scanning, and indexing of critical business documents.

- You'll own the data entry process for new records, ensuring everything is accurate down to the last detail.

- Maintaining our digital archives and supporting version control for ongoing projects using our SharePoint-based DMS.

- Assisting our compliance team with audits by pulling records and running reports.

- Supporting a team of about 15 project managers and specialists with their document requests.


Who We Think Will Succeed Here

- Someone with an almost obsessive attention to detail. You catch the small stuff.

- A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is ideal, but we're open to 0-2 years of relevant experience too.

- You're very comfortable in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Some prior exposure to any document management system is a huge plus.

- Great communication skills - you're clear, concise, and professional over email and chat.

- An ability to manage your own time effectively. You'll report to the Senior Records Manager but will be expected to work independently.
