Workplace Services Coordinator
What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day
- Be the main point of contact for all workplace service requests from our 50+ person team, tracking everything in our ticketing system (we use Jira).
- Coordinating with vendors for everything from software subscriptions to scheduling virtual team event services. You'll own these relationships.
- Managing our digital and physical supply inventory-yes, even for a remote team. This includes shipping equipment to new hires.
- Keeping our internal records and documentation pristine. This means you have great attention to detail.
- Helping to organize virtual office spaces and team-building activities.
- Ensuring we're compliant with safety protocols for home office setups.
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Communications, IT Management, or something similar.
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or office management role. Internships totally count.
- You're a problem-solver. When a request comes in, you figure out how to get it done efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. You'll be talking to everyone.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace is essential. Experience with a ticketing system like Jira or ServiceNow is a big plus.
- Someone who thrives on organization and making processes better.
