What You’ll Do
- Analyze on-page elements and recommend fixes that lift rankings and conversion rates.
- Maintain, expand, and prioritize keyword lists using Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner.
- Draft SEO-friendly meta titles and descriptions that entice clicks and respect character limits.
- Support technical audits—crawl diagnostics, Core Web Vitals checks, schema validation.
- Track daily SERP movements, prepare concise reports, and flag anomalies.
- Assist with white-hat link building: prospect research, outreach templates, performance logs.
- Collaborate with content strategists to align briefs, publish updates, and monitor engagement.
- Document experiments, share insights in weekly stand-ups, and refine playbooks.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals—indexing, ranking factors, search intent.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and at least one major SEO suite.
- Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, regex filters.
- Clear written communication; you translate data into actionable stories.
- Analytical mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-management in a distributed environment; reliable Wi-Fi and time-zone overlap with EST.
- Eagerness to learn Python, SQL, or Looker Studio for deeper insights (a plus, not a must).
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Growth Path
