Innovative tech-forward firm seeks a detail-obsessed Junior Sales Coordinator to streamline sales activities. You will juggle scheduling, analyze pipeline data, and collaborate across product, marketing, and finance to keep deals moving.  


What You’ll Tackle  

- Coordinate daily sales operations—calendars, follow-ups, reminders.  

- Maintain, cleanse, and segment CRM records for 95 % data accuracy.  

- Generate weekly pipeline snapshots; flag risks, surface trends.  

- Prepare proposals, decks, and pricing sheets with zero-defect precision.  

- Support campaign rollouts by aligning outreach cadence with marketing.  

- Capture meeting notes in real time, documenting next actions.  

- Chase minor roadblocks to closure—credit checks, signature routing…  

- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth hand-offs.  

- Continuously refine playbooks, templates, and trackers.  

- Learn emerging coordination tools (AI scheduling bots, revenue analytics platforms) and train the squad.  


Your Toolkit  

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related STEM field.  

- 0-2 years in inside sales, revenue operations, or client services.  

- Comfort navigating CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or NetSuite.  

- Excel / Google Sheets mastery—lookup formulas, pivot tables, basic macros.  

- Polished written and verbal communication; you translate metrics into stories.  

- Sharp problem-solver who thrives amid shifting priorities.  

- Eagle-eye attention to detail coupled with deadline urgency.  

- Eligibility to work in the United States.  


Nice-to-Haves  

- Familiarity with SQL for ad-hoc reporting.  

- Experience using APIs or Zapier to automate repetitive tasks.  

- Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce GTM motions.
