Your Day-to-Day

- Schedule discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups for account executives.
- Document meeting outcomes, next steps, and contract updates.
- Troubleshoot minor account issues, route complex cases to senior reps.
- Monitor competitor moves, market trends, and pricing shifts.
- Learn new sales tools—Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo—and share tips with peers.
Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Solid grasp of Excel or Google Sheets—VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, basic charts.
- Clear written and verbal communication; you simplify complex ideas.
- Keen attention to detail—typos and data mismatches do not escape you.
- Proven organization—multiple deadlines, zero panic.
- Analytical curiosity; you ask “why” before recommending “how.”
- Adaptability to shifting priorities in sprints or quarterly cycles.
