Your Core Responsibilities

- Support senior analysts on diverse quantitative and qualitative research projects from inception to completion.

- Collect and compile complex data from a variety of primary and secondary sources, including industry databases, academic journals, and market reports.

- Perform initial data cleaning and validation to ensure the absolute integrity and accuracy of our datasets.

- Conduct foundational trend analysis to identify emerging patterns, opportunities, and potential risks within key markets.

- Assist in the creation of insightful reports, presentations, and data visualizations that clearly communicate research findings to stakeholders.

- Maintain and update internal databases and knowledge management systems, ensuring information is current and easily accessible.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing them with the data-driven insights needed to guide their projects.

- Meticulously document research methodologies, data sources, and analytical processes for transparency and reproducibility.


What You Bring to the Table

- A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related quantitative field.

- A foundational understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic functions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innate curiosity to ask "why?".

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

- A highly organized approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, remote environment.

- A collaborative spirit and the adaptability to learn new tools and techniques quickly.
