In this entry-level position, you will partner with seasoned project managers to maintain schedules, track budgets, and document decisions that shape product success. Expect to hone Agile and waterfall techniques, master popular PM tools, and learn how risk management safeguards scope.


Key Responsibilities  

- Break epics into actionable tasks and update sprint boards daily.  

- Schedule and facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.  

- Record meeting minutes, decisions, and action items with scrupulous accuracy.  

- Monitor KPIs—budget variance, resource capacity, on-time delivery—and flag deviations.  

- Prepare compelling status reports that translate technical progress into business impact.  

- Maintain project repositories: charters, requirement docs, change logs, RAID logs.  

- Coordinate cross-team hand-offs to eliminate bottlenecks and hidden dependencies.  

- Support light financial tracking: purchase orders, invoice alignment, cost burn-down.  

- Research and recommend process improvements that elevate team velocity.  

- Cultivate positive relationships with engineers, UX, QA, and leadership.


Required Qualifications  

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or related field.  

- 0-2 years’ experience in internships, co-ops, or academic projects using PM principles.  

- Familiarity with Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Monday.com.  

- Strong command of MS Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic macros).  

- Exceptional written and verbal communication; you simplify complexity.  

- Time-management finesse—multiple deadlines never rattle you.  

- Analytical mindset able to dissect data trends and craft concise insights.  

- Adaptable, growth-oriented attitude; you welcome feedback and iterate quickly.  

- Authorization to work in the United States.  


Preferred Extras  

- Exposure to Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) or PMP/CAPM coursework.  

- Knowledge of basic SQL queries and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).  

- Experience coordinating distributed or remote teams across time zones.  

- Familiarity with risk matrices and earned value management.
