Responsibilities

- Analyze complex datasets to identify performance trends, pinpoint inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for strategic improvement.

- Develop, track, and meticulously maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics across various business functions.

- Design and generate insightful reports and performance dashboards for key stakeholders using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, sales, and operations—to understand their data needs and support performance improvement initiatives.

- Ensure the absolute integrity and accuracy of our data by conducting regular quality assurance checks and validation processes.

- Document analytical methodologies, processes, and critical findings to create a repository of institutional knowledge that empowers the entire organization.

- Assist in the evaluation of new projects and strategies by providing data-backed performance forecasts and thorough analysis.


Skills

- A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

- Foundational experience in performance analysis, perhaps gained through internships, significant academic projects, or early career roles.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable; you should be comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

- A basic understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation is highly desirable and will set you apart.

- Familiarity with data visualization principles and tools like Tableau or Power BI is a significant plus.

- An exceptional, almost obsessive, attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality and accuracy.

- Excellent communication skills, with the distinct ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
