Your Core Responsibilities

- Dive deep into complex operational datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify key performance trends.

- Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards to track critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing a clear, real-time view of business performance.

- Create and present comprehensive reports and data visualizations (using tools like Tableau or Power BI) that translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our core operational datasets, performing regular data cleansing, validation, and maintenance to guarantee reliable intelligence.

- Collaborate on high-impact process improvement initiatives by conducting root cause analysis and proposing data-driven solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce costs.

- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Logistics, and Technology—to understand their operational challenges and provide dedicated analytical support.

- Meticulously document your analytical methods, findings, and the impact of implemented changes to build a robust knowledge repository for the entire organization.


What You Bring to the Table

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

- A foundational understanding of business operations, supply chain, or logistical principles is highly advantageous.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by a natural curiosity and a relentless desire to ask "why?".

Technical Proficiencies We Value

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must; you should be comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and basic data modeling.

- Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and manipulating data from relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Direct familiarity with a major data visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is a significant plus.

- Exposure to statistical analysis or scripting languages (particularly Python with libraries like Pandas and NumPy, or R) is highly desirable but not required for this entry-level role.
