Junior Operations Administrator – Entry-Level Office & Data Support

As a Junior Operations Administrator, you’ll weave together data entry, scheduling, and cross-team coordination to keep daily business rhythms running flawlessly. What You’ll Do
- Maintain and audit digital records across SharePoint, Google Drive, and cloud CRMs.
- Input, validate, and reconcile data in Excel, Sheets, and ERP modules—accuracy above 99 %.
- Build and revise weekly schedules; coordinate meetings through Outlook and Zoom.
- Track purchase orders, shipments, and inventory status, escalating bottlenecks promptly.
- Draft concise memos, status reports, and process docs that keep teams aligned.
- Support onboarding of new hires—system account creation, badge requests, equipment logs.
- Partner with Finance to match invoices against contracts, flagging discrepancies.
- Identify incremental process improvements; document SOPs and present findings to leadership.
Skills & Experience You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 0-2 years in an administrative, operations, or analyst role (internships count).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana or Monday.com project boards.
- Comfortable extracting insights from large data sets; basic SQL or Tableau exposure a plus.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication—clear, concise, audience-aware.
