What You Will Do
- Analyze performance data from various marketing channels (digital, social, email) to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and cost per acquisition (CPA) in real-time.
- Develop and present clear, insightful reports and compelling data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Maintain and refine marketing dashboards to provide the team with a constant, accurate view of performance metrics.
- Assist in conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to provide data-driven recommendations for strategy optimization.
- Identify and document significant patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets to inform future marketing initiatives and A/B testing plans.
- Perform regular data quality checks and cleansing to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our marketing databases—the foundation of our decision-making.
- Contribute to the planning and forecasting of marketing campaigns by providing foundational data analysis and insights.
- Proactively learn and master new analytics tools and technologies to enhance our data analysis capabilities and stay on the cutting edge.
What You Will Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- A foundational understanding of marketing principles and data analysis techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas for sophisticated data manipulation.
- Experience with (or a strong desire to learn) data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or social media analytics suites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the unique ability to present complex data in a simple, understandable narrative.
- An exceptional eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you're naturally curious and love to discover the "why" behind the numbers.
- The ability to adapt to new technologies and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Some experience with SQL for data querying is a significant plus but not required.
