Junior HR Analyst
Searching for a Junior HR Analyst to a company building innovative fintech platform. As an Analyst of HR processes you will be assisting with HR-related research and projects, you'll improve HR processes, producing reports, collect data etc.
Main responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members in HR department to assist with various tasks:
- Make research, collect and analyse HR data for planning and projects.
- Generate reports in a clear and concise manner for strategy building.
Core requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, basic skills in SQL for data querying will be a plus.
- Knowledge of data collection, data processing, and data management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to provide argumentation.
- Hight level of communication skills (verbal and writing).
