Your Mission
- Support cross-channel growth strategies that fuel monthly active user and revenue targets.
- Parse campaign data, flag anomalies, and surface insights that guide budget shifts.
- Track north-star metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, conversion) in live dashboards.
- Partner with designers, engineers, and writers to craft high-performing experiments.
- Document test hypotheses, variables, and outcomes for knowledge sharing.
- Ensure each touchpoint - email, social, paid media - speaks in one cohesive brand voice.
- Continuously learn, implement, and champion new growth tools and frameworks.
Day-to-Day Challenges
- Query segmented data sets to pinpoint churn drivers.
- Brainstorm A/B test ideas that raise activation rates.
- Build look-alike audiences inside ad platforms, then monitor spend pacing.
- Summarize findings in crisp slide decks for weekly stand-ups.
Skill Set You’ll Leverage
- Fundamental knowledge of growth loops, funnels, and cohort analysis.
- Competence in SQL or spreadsheet modeling for quick number crunching.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Working grasp of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboards.
- Rudimentary HTML/CSS to tweak landing page elements.
- Fluent written and verbal communication - clear, concise, persuasive.
- Meticulous eye for detail; you validate every query before publishing insights.
