Key Responsibilities  

- Accurately input high-volume records into proprietary and SaaS platforms within strict daily deadlines.  

- Validate, audit, and reconcile datasets to sustain ≥ 99.9 % accuracy.  

- Organize electronic and physical files, ensuring consistent taxonomy and version control.  

- Maintain logs, dashboards, and trackers to surface discrepancies swiftly.  

- Safeguard sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and internal privacy policies.  

- Respond to phone or chat inquiries, routing complex questions to senior staff.  

- Coordinate task schedules, flagging risks, and proposing process refinements.  

- Support quarterly and year-end reporting by compiling summary statistics and charts.  

- Partner with developers and analysts to test data import scripts before deployment.  


Required Qualifications  

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.  

- 6+ months of data entry, clerical, or internship experience.  

- Typing speed 50 WPM+ with < 2 % error rate.  

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Word.  

- Familiarity with cloud storage tools (OneDrive, Google Drive).  

- Acute attention to detail and numerical precision.  

- Strong written and verbal communication; professional phone etiquette.  

- Time-management discipline; you meet parallel deadlines without supervision.  

- Eligibility to work in the United States.  


Preferred Plus  

- Exposure to SQL or basic database queries.  

- Experience with RPA or macro-based automation.  

- Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards.  

- Understanding of agile task boards (Jira, Trello).  


Career Growth  

You will refine core administrative competencies while gaining visibility into analytics, quality assurance, and project coordination tracks. High performers progress to Data Quality Analyst or Operations Coordinator within 12–18 months.
