About the Team

A multidisciplinary pod of analysts, engineers, and product strategists tackles problems others deem impossible. We lean on reproducible research, peer reviews, and continuous learning sessions—because sharp minds deserve sharper tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Craft interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI that spotlight trends and KPIs for non-technical stakeholders.

- Write optimized SQL queries for ad-hoc analysis, cohort segmentation, and A/B test evaluation.

- Automate recurring reports with Python or R scripts, reducing manual effort by at least 30 %.

- Track product and marketing performance metrics; deliver concise weekly insight briefs to leadership.

- Document data definitions, lineage, and caveats in Confluence-style wikis to uphold governance standards.

- Collaborate with data engineers to refine ETL pipelines and improve refresh latency.

- Stay current on analytics best practices—attend lunch-and-learns, complete Coursera nano-courses, share takeaways.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

- 0-2 years’ hands-on experience with SQL and Excel pivot tables.

- Working knowledge of at least one BI tool: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.

- Foundational Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R skills for data wrangling.

- Understanding of descriptive statistics, probability, and data visualization principles.

- Clear written and verbal communication—you translate numeric findings into actionable recommendations.

- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with pragmatic time management.

- Eligibility to work in the United States; remote within continental U.S. time zones.

You Will Excel If

- You’ve experimented with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

- You relish storytelling—annotating dashboards with narrative context.

- You enjoy fast feedback loops and iterative delivery.
