What You Will Do

- Design, develop, and deploy interactive and insightful BI dashboards and reports using modern platforms like Power BI and Tableau.

- Build and maintain robust, scalable data models that serve as the foundation for complex analytics and reporting needs.

- Write and optimize intricate SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data (ETL) from diverse sources into our data warehouse.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and engineers to gather requirements and deliver effective, data-driven solutions.

- Create and sustain comprehensive documentation for data models, BI solutions, and internal processes to ensure clarity and promote knowledge sharing.

- Champion data integrity by implementing validation rules and performing rigorous testing on all reports and dashboards to guarantee accuracy.

- Help define, track, and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide a transparent view of business performance and strategic goals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data or reporting issues with a methodical and solution-oriented approach, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.


What You Bring to the Table

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required.

- A solid academic or project-based understanding of database concepts coupled with strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

- Hands-on experience with at least one major BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) through coursework, internships, or significant personal projects.

- Foundational knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing principles (such as star schemas and dimensional modeling).
