Junior Administrative Clerk

Key Responsibilities
- Input, verify, and maintain high-volume datasets with zero-error tolerance.
- Organize digital and physical records, applying consistent file-naming conventions.
- Answer and route multi-line phone inquiries, providing courteous first-touch resolution.
- Process inbound and outbound mail, couriers, and confidential documents.
- Track office supply inventory; initiate cost-effective reorders.
- Schedule meetings, book remote conference rooms, and coordinate travel itineraries.
- Prepare polished spreadsheets, slide decks, and briefs for leadership review.
- Assist teams with ad-hoc research, reporting, and compliance audits.
- Uphold information security and privacy standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, or PCI as applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 0–2 years of clerical or customer service experience (internships count!).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite—Excel formulas, Word templates, PowerPoint layouts.
- Typing speed 45+ wpm with proven data accuracy.
- Solid grasp of email etiquette, calendar management, and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams).
- Detail orientation balanced with the ability to juggle shifting priorities.
- Confident written and verbal communication; active listening mindset.
- Eligibility to work in the United States; background check may be required.
Preferred Extras
- Exposure to cloud storage platforms (SharePoint, Google Drive).
- Familiarity with basic SQL queries or CRM data exports.
- Understanding of Lean or Six Sigma process improvement techniques.
- Bilingual English-Spanish or English-Mandarin communication.
