● Help to manage clients onsite systems (hardware, software and processes). ● Update documentation on IT systems / processes as necessary. ● Providing support both in person and remotely as needed for the client's Group and its Operating Companies. ● Work within the client's team to ensure requests are dealt with efficiently and client's stakeholders are kept up to date. ● Assisting in the delivery of IT projects as well as leading and delivering on those assigned to you. ● Ensure that acceptable workarounds are in place and lasting solutions delivered within service levels across the whole application management infrastructure. ● Ensure that the correct priority and severity are assigned to all application issues and escalated as necessary. ● Provide systems administration including system checks, security checks, incident and service request tickets across the application management infrastructure. ● Hands-on expertise in the pro-active management of application upgrades, patches and fixes. ● Serve as the first point of contact for client's team member seeking technical assistance over the phone, in person or via the ITSM tool. ● Provide solutions to incidents, whilst adhering to SLA. ● Prioritise and manage workload effectively. ● Build relationships across the health care industry while providing help and advice in technology best practises. ● Assist as necessary with equipment deployment and onboarding of new employees within the client's space. ● Carry out routine tasks such as system and performance monitoring, escalating issues where appropriate. ● Maintain information and hardware asset registers across the IT estate. ● Work with 3rd party suppliers to address system issues and irregularities which have an impact on client's business operations.
