Worked on a leading knowledge base software provider, enhanced the knowledge system for customers, and
developed new projects:
● Contributed to building Swifty chatbot and Helpbar, Helpjuice’s AI engine for smart search, chatbot, and auto-generated content features, significantly increasing user engagement and content discoverability.
● Led the end-to-end development of the AI-powered Article Request feature, enabling users to request content
manually or via AI-detected gaps, and automatically transform responses (text, audio, video, PDFs) into structured articles.
● Selected as part of a three-person team to co-create WizardShot, an AI-powered tool that generates step-by-step tutorials from user actions, built with React and Rails. Delivered the app in under three months.
● Refactored and optimized large-scale frontend systems, including CKEditor, analytics dashboards, and real-time collaboration features, resulting in improved performance and maintainability.
● Collaborated cross-functionally with design, marketing, and support teams to align product improvements with customer needs and business goals.
