● During my free time, I do some quality assurance work for some indie projects. ● This was not my first project doing QA or development for, but it is a project that I have taken a good amount of responsibility for. ● During this project, I have learned software testing strategies. ● Acquired experience writing and handling documentation. ● Worked side by side to create test steps. ● I acquired a deeper understanding of how to handle responsibility and workload between my day job and my side project. ● Learned how to work in smaller teams where the responsibility and workload are split between fewer people, making it more prone to bottlenecks.

● While working at Salesforce for 3 years, I acquired a variety of skills regarding the use of technology to solve and address business problems in an organized and effective manner. ● I have learned how to organize myself and handle my own workload while also working in large teams and collaborating to solve complex problems. ● During my time at Salesforce, I acquired experience in a variety of roles, including leading a small team of developers and assigning tasks, working as a developer on a feature, delivering features and demos to clients directly, presenting problems and solutions to issues both internally and directly to clients, and I even had the opportunity to do some project management tasks in an agile environment. ● Some of the key aspects that I have learned while working in this role are: - Knowledge on devops and the development lifecycle. - Project management and managing client expectations in an agile methodology. - Collaboration and presentation skills. - Managment of small teams working on a wider feature. - Knowledge on different programs like Github, Jira, Zephyr, Gearset, and others
