Web Project Manager

A company with a focus on frontend development needs a junior project manager. 

Must be able to:

- Adapt to existing processes within the company and build them independently;

- Apply paradigms of modern project management techniques;

- Understand modern web development technologies;

- Understand the value of the project to the client, the team and the company as a whole;

- Be attentive to detail;

- Find common ground with clients and the team.

It will be your advantage to have:

- English at project management level;

- Knowledge of current frontend development technologies and trends;

- Basic skills and knowledge in the direction of project management.

Tasks: 

- Manage projects within internally adopted processes;

- Organize the development team;

- Plan and manage resources;

- Set tasks, agree deadlines and control their fulfillment;

- Monitor developer morale;

- Prepare progress reports.
