The company’s platform allows users to rent specialized sports gear for a variety of activities. The role will primarily focus on assisting customers with technical inquiries related to the platform's functionality and usage.


Requirements:


– Understanding of technical support processes and tools;

– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;

– Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues;

– Interest in sports and technology (a plus, but not required).


Tasks:


– Responding to customer queries via email and chat;

– Assisting users with platform navigation and account issues;

– Providing basic troubleshooting for technical problems;

– Documenting user interactions and feedback.


Format is remote, working schedule 9am-18pm by GMT+1.
