As a foundational member of our People Operations team, you will not just be handling administrative tasks, you will be the backbone of our employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This position offers a unique vantage point for learning the intricacies of modern human resources.


What You Will Do

- Provide foundational support across key HR pillars: talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.

- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

- Assist in communicating and implementing new HR policies and procedures.

- Coordinate HR programs, including new hire orientation and virtual onboarding.

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits.

- Help ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, EEO).

- Become proficient in HR technologies, including the ATS, to drive process efficiency.

- Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.


What You Bring to the Team

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- 0-2 years of experience in an HR support role (HR Assistant, HR Intern).

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with discretion and professionalism.

- Fundamental understanding of HR principles, compliance, and best practices.

- Adaptable with a strong desire to learn in a remote-first environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

- Familiarity with an HRIS (BambooHR, Workday) or ATS (Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
