Key Responsibilities
- Refresh and audit employee files in the cloud-based HRIS, ensuring 100 % data accuracy and legal compliance.
- Coordinate interview calendars across time zones; anticipate reschedules and optimize hiring manager bandwidth.
- Draft engaging job descriptions and post them on high-traffic talent channels—leveraging SEO, tone, and diversity guidance.
- Screen incoming résumés, flag promising profiles, and document feedback in the applicant tracking system.
- Answer basic policy questions on PTO, payroll schedules, or benefits while escalating complex matters to senior HR.
- Compile weekly metrics on pipeline velocity, source quality, and onboarding progress for leadership dashboards.
- Champion confidentiality—protect sensitive information using encryption, restricted folders, and need-to-know protocols.
- Contribute to culture projects (virtual town halls, recognition campaigns, well-being surveys) that strengthen engagement.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or similar completed within the last 24 months.
- Foundational understanding of labor law (FLSA, EEO, ADA) and a passion for ethical practices.
