What Your Mission Will Be

- You will become an expert in contemporary office procedures, learning the workflows and processes that support a distributed, high-performance team.

- You will take charge of crucial data entry projects, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information within our core systems—a fundamental skill in any data-driven company.

- You will serve as a key communication point, expertly handling incoming inquiries and directing them with poise and professionalism.

- You will orchestrate complex schedules and appointments, mastering tools like Google Calendar and Calendly to coordinate between departments and external partners.

- You will champion document organization, architecting and maintaining logical filing systems for both digital and physical assets, utilizing platforms like Google Drive, SharePoint, or Notion.

- You will provide indispensable support to various staff members, anticipating their needs and proactively clearing administrative hurdles to enhance their productivity.

- You will maintain and manage team calendars, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key deadlines, meetings, and project milestones.

- You will oversee office supply logistics, tracking inventory and ensuring our teams have the tools they need to succeed, whether they are in-office or remote.

- You will actively participate in and help coordinate team-building activities and internal events, fostering a positive and collaborative company culture.
