Office manager
The company is looking for an office manager to work in a stable and growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring order in the office, control over the state of the workspace.
- Document management: receipt, registration and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Organization of meetings and meetings, coordination of the schedule of employees.
- Preparation and execution of documentation (contracts, acts, invoices, etc.).
- Providing the office with stationery and necessary consumables.
- Receiving and distributing phone calls, handling incoming requests.
- Supporting interaction with tenants and office service providers.
- Organizing corporate events and maintaining the company's internal culture.
Requirements:
- Desire to work in an office and develop in the field of office administration.
- Competent speech, attention to detail, responsibility.
- Ability to work with office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).
- PC knowledge at the level of a confident user (MS Office, e-mail).
- Experience in a similar position will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Communicability, ability to work in a team.
