Key Responsibilities
– Draft, proofread, and publish social posts using Hootsuite or Buffer to maintain a consistent weekly calendar.
– Produce short-form visuals in Canva or Adobe Express that align with brand guidelines.
– Track campaign KPIs in Google Analytics 4 and Meta Business Suite; summarize insights in clear dashboards.
– Support email marketing workflows in Mailchimp—segment audiences, A/B test subject lines, maintain clean lists.
– Research market trends, competitors, and relevant keywords to refine SEO and paid media targeting.
– Coordinate with design, product, and sales teams to ensure messaging cohesion across touchpoints.
– Document process updates in Notion or Confluence for future reference.
– Continually experiment with emerging platforms (Threads, TikTok, Reddit Ads) to uncover new growth channels.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (2023–2024 graduates welcome).
– 0–1 year of internship or project experience in digital marketing.
– Familiarity with content creation tools, basic HTML, and on-page SEO best practices.
– Solid grasp of analytics metrics—CTR, CPA, ROAS—and comfort interpreting data.
– Clear, concise writing; ability to tailor tone for diverse U.S. audiences.
– Meticulous attention to detail, time-management prowess, and *eagerness to learn fast*.
– Eligibility to work in the United States; ability to collaborate across time zones.
