Junior Web Designer

What You Will Do

- Translate concepts and wireframes into visually compelling web layouts and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, and other modern design tools.

- Collaborate closely with senior designers, product managers, and front-end developers to ensure the technical feasibility and faithful implementation of your UI/UX designs.

- Design and refine user interface elements—such as menus, tabs, widgets, and forms—ensuring a consistent and intuitive user journey across all digital platforms.

- Conduct thorough responsiveness testing on various devices (desktops, tablets, and mobile phones) to guarantee a seamless experience for every user.

- Contribute to and maintain our evolving design system, helping to uphold brand consistency and design standards across all projects.

- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques, confidently presenting your ideas and providing constructive feedback to peers.

- Stay current with emerging web design trends, user experience best practices, and new technologies to continuously elevate our design quality.

- Support various digital marketing and content projects with your design expertise, creating assets that enhance our online presence.

What You Bring to the Table

- A compelling online portfolio showcasing your web and digital design projects—demonstrating a strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.

- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (especially XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator).

- A foundational understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3; basic knowledge of JavaScript is a significant plus.

- Demonstrated experience in creating responsive, mobile-first designs and an understanding of the principles behind them.

- Exceptional attention to detail... you notice the small things that transform a good design into a great one.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively within a remote-first team environment.

- A growth mindset and an eagerness to learn, adapt, and tackle new challenges in a fast-paced industry.

- A Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is strongly preferred.
