Key Responsibilities

- Edit and proofread a diverse range of web content—from blog posts and articles to landing pages and product descriptions—ensuring it is error-free, engaging, and perfectly aligned with our brand voice and style guide.

- Rigorously perform content audits and regular checks to maintain the accuracy and timeliness of all information presented on the website, ensuring our users always have the most current details.

- Update and revise existing web pages and posts to enhance clarity, improve SEO performance, and reflect the latest product, service, or company information.

- Assist in managing the content calendar, ensuring that all content is created, reviewed, and published on schedule to support ambitious marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.

- Collaborate with the SEO team to implement on-page SEO best practices, including natural keyword integration, compelling meta descriptions, optimized title tags, and descriptive alt text for images.

- Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing specialists to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience, from the initial content concept to the final, published design.

- Maintain clear and organized documentation of all content updates, revisions, and archival processes for future reference and seamless team alignment.

- Proactively identify and fix broken links, outdated images, and other technical content issues that could detract from the user experience or harm search engine rankings.

- Become proficient in our Content Management Systems (CMS)—such as WordPress, Contentful, or similar enterprise-level platforms—to publish and manage digital content with precision and efficiency.


Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.

- 0-2 years of experience in content editing, copywriting, or a similar role (relevant internships and extensive academic projects are strongly considered).

- An impeccable eye for detail with exceptional proofreading and editing skills that go beyond simple spell-checking.

- A foundational understanding of SEO principles and a genuine curiosity about how content directly impacts search rankings and user traffic.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and formats.

- Familiarity with a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress is a major plus; an eagerness to learn new technical tools is essential.
