Junior Visual Designer (Digital & Brand)
We're a lean team inside a growing tech and media company, so you'll have a real chance to make a mark on the brand. The pace is fast, but we don't do burnout culture. There’s not a lot of red tape. Good ideas are welcome and heard, no matter who they come from.
What you'll do:
- Design assets for social media, web pages, email, and digital ads.
- Maintain and help evolve our brand's visual consistency.
- Present your work, take feedback, and iterate on your designs.
- Manage our digital asset library to keep the team moving fast.
- Research new design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What you need:
- A strong portfolio that clearly shows your design process and skills.
- You must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with Figma or Sketch is a huge plus for our workflow.
- You need to be self-directed and able to hit deadlines in a remote setup.
- An obsessive attention to detail is absolutely required.
The Gig:
You'll report to the Creative Director on a lean team, so your work will have a real impact. It's fast-paced, but we trust you to manage your time - no micromanagement. Good ideas win here, period.
