Junior UX Researcher

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research—from exploratory interviews to survey analysis.
- Plan and execute usability tests on low- to high-fidelity prototypes, documenting pain points and successes. - Build robust user personas and empathy maps that guide product strategy.
- Synthesize research findings into clear narratives, dashboards, and journey maps for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to embed research insights into sprints.
- Maintain an organized research repository; ensure data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Champion accessibility standards and inclusive design throughout the product lifecycle.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related field.
- 0-2 years of UX research or equivalent academic project experience.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Miro, or similar collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics), analytics tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Clear written and verbal communication—able to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid grasp of statistics basics and qualitative coding methods.
- Adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and relentless curiosity.
