Junior Talent Sourcer
Responsibilities
- Generate targeted candidate lists through Boolean search, social graphs, and employee referrals.
- Engage prospects via personalized email, LinkedIn InMail, and virtual events, showcasing the employer brand.
- Document outreach cadence, response rates, and conversion ratios inside the ATS.
- Update dashboards to track sourcing metrics—time-to-slate, diversity ratios, funnel velocity.
- Partner with recruiters to refine job briefs, screen résumé subsets, and schedule interviews.
- Maintain GDPR, EEOC, and OFCCP compliance while handling confidential data.
- Anticipate roadblocks—adjust search strategies, escalate market insights, and propose new channels.
- Experiment with AI sourcing tools; share findings that boost productivity by at least 10 %.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and unbiased language in every message.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Up to two years’ experience in recruiting, sales, customer support, or university projects involving market research.
- Working knowledge of Boolean logic, résumé databases, and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Curiosity for HR analytics; you interpret numbers to steer action.
- Clear, concise written communication—empathy front and center.
