Junior System Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Junior System Analyst to join our dynamic team in a leading product company. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to meet business needs. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting system testing and documentation. Strong analytical skills and a passion for technology are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new systems and enhancements.
• Support the testing process by creating test cases and documenting results.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of system analysis and design principles.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Prior internship or project experience in system analysis or related fields is a plus.
