– Technical savvy. You can sit down and figure things out, know how and where to find information, and aren't afraid of a lot of new technology.
– Openness and respect. We all work as equals and value transparency within the team.
Work format: remote, shift-based. However, we do have team calls and online events that are best not to miss.
