Junior SQA Engineer (Software Quality Assurance)

Your Mission  

- Create comprehensive test plans that balance exploratory and scripted approaches.  

- Execute manual functional, regression, smoke, and integration tests-document every step.  

- Pinpoint defects, craft concise bug reports, and champion their swift resolution.  

- Maintain and refresh test data, configurations, and sandbox environments.  

- Verify hotfixes in CI/CD pipelines and update living documentation.  

- Pair with senior engineers to design Selenium and Cypress test cases.  

- Absorb modern SQA methodologies (shift-left testing, risk-based prioritization, TDD).  

Required Profile  

- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.  

- 0-2 years of QA or internship experience testing web or mobile apps.  

- Solid grasp of SDLC, defect lifecycles, and basic SQL queries.  

- Familiarity with test management suites (JIRA, Xray, TestRail).  

- Fundamental scripting in JavaScript or Python or eagerness to learn fast.  

- Razor-sharp attention to detail, analytical mindset, and tenacious follow-through.  

- Clear written and spoken English; you translate tech jargon into plain language.  

- Team player comfortable collaborating with developers, UX, and product owners.
