What You'll Do

- Manage and maintain daily activity across key social media channels (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn), ensuring a consistent and authentic brand presence.

- Develop and create engaging, original content—from witty copy and stunning images to trend-driven, short-form videos—that aligns perfectly with our brand voice and marketing goals.

- Assist in the meticulous creation and management of a detailed content calendar, ensuring a strategic and timely posting schedule that captivates our audience.

- Monitor all social media channels for audience engagement, responding to comments, questions, and direct messages in a professional and personable manner to foster a strong community.

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, and audience growth, preparing insightful reports on campaign performance to inform future strategy.

- Collaborate closely with the broader marketing, design, and analytics teams to ensure the cohesive execution of integrated campaigns and initiatives.

- Stay perpetually current with emerging social media trends, new platform features, and digital marketing best practices... and then propose how we can leverage them.

- Support the optimization of social media campaigns (both organic and paid) to maximize impact, improve ROI, and achieve specific marketing objectives.

- Document and refine social media strategies, creating a knowledge base of what works, what doesn't, and why.


What You'll Bring

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required.

- Demonstrable experience managing social media accounts (personal branding, internship, or freelance projects are all valuable) that showcases your ability to cultivate an online presence.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail—you know the difference between "your" and "you're".

- A strong, intuitive understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices, audiences, and content formats.

- Foundational familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (like Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite) is a significant advantage.

- The ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation within a fast-paced, remote team environment.

- A proactive and adaptable mindset, coupled with a genuine desire to learn and grow in the ever-evolving field of social media marketing.

- Superb organizational and time-management skills, with the proven ability to manage content calendars and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
