- Maintain an editorial calendar and deliver drafts on or before deadline.  

- Revise published pieces to boost click-through rate, dwell time, and SERP position.  

- Track performance metrics, then translate insights into actionable improvements.  

- Partner with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure on-page elements align with content goals.  

- Document processes and style updates in our internal knowledge base.  

- Stay current on algorithm changes, content trends, and AI writing innovations.  

Skills & Qualifications  

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.  

- 0-2 years of professional writing experience; internships or personal projects count.  

- Solid grasp of on-page SEO fundamentals—title tags, meta descriptions, header hierarchy.  

- Familiarity with keyword research platforms (Semrush, Ahrefs) and basic analytics dashboards.  

- Stellar grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail; you self-edit ruthlessly.  

- Ability to juggle multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines.  

- Collaborative mindset and clear written communication in an asynchronous environment.
