Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

- Support the daily management and strategic execution of paid search campaigns across major platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

- Conduct meticulous keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for campaign expansion and optimization.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on key ad metrics—such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS—to derive actionable insights for performance improvements.

- Assist in tracking and managing campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.

- Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team (including SEO and Content specialists) to ensure a cohesive and integrated digital strategy.

- Create and maintain detailed performance reports and dashboards that clearly communicate campaign results and trends to stakeholders.

- Optimize ad copy and landing pages through A/B testing to consistently improve conversion rates and user engagement.

- Document key findings and strategic adjustments, contributing to our collective knowledge base and refining best practices.


What You Bring to the Table

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

- A foundational understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) principles and the paid search landscape.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for digging into data.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities; you can articulate complex ideas clearly and work effectively within a collaborative team.

- Proficiency with data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups) is essential.
