Junior Sales Manager
The company sells IT equipment and software for small and medium-sized businesses. Provide a wide range of products including computers, servers and licensed software, as well as setup and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
- Advising customers on company products and services;
- Working with a database of customers (cold calls, e-mail mailings);
- Presentation and sale of products by phone and online chat;
- Assisting in order processing and status tracking;
- Participate in the creation and improvement of commercial proposals.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Desire to develop in sales and work with customers;
- Excellent communication skills and competent speech;
- PC knowledge at the level of a confident user (Excel, CRM-systems);
- Willingness to work with objections and learn sales methods;
- Responsibility and desire to work for results.
