Junior Sales Development Representative
Your Impact as a Junior SDR
- You will identify and qualify high-potential leads through diligent market research and various modern prospecting techniques across industries like Technology, Finance, and E-commerce.
- You will initiate the first contact with potential customers through multi-channel outreach—including personalized emails, strategic cold calls, and professional social media engagement.
- You will meticulously maintain records of all sales activities and lead information within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads, directly contributing to sales pipeline growth and overall team success.
- You will master the art of appointment setting, scheduling discovery calls and product demonstrations for the senior sales team with key decision-makers.
- You will track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as outreach volume, response rates, and the number of qualified appointments set.
- You will become a subject matter expert on our services and effectively articulate the value proposition to diverse audiences.
- You will actively support the development and execution of innovative outreach campaigns and sales strategies, providing valuable feedback to the marketing and sales teams.
