What You Will Do

- Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and the critical requirements of each role.

- Review and screen inbound applications and resumes within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify promising candidates.

- Coordinate and schedule complex interview loops across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.

- Maintain pristine and accurate records within our ATS, meticulously documenting all candidate interactions and status updates.

- Assist in drafting and posting compelling job descriptions that attract a qualified and diverse applicant pool for various roles.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a world-class experience throughout the entire hiring journey.

- Learn and utilize modern sourcing techniques—including Boolean search and social media outreach—to proactively build a pipeline of passive talent.

- Contribute to various HR and recruiting projects as you develop your skills in the broader field of talent acquisition.


What You Bring

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.

- 0-2 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative role where you managed complex scheduling and professional communication.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills... you have a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you can craft professional emails and communicate with confidence and clarity.

- A strong sense of curiosity and a "no-task-is-too-small" attitude, combined with a genuine desire to learn the craft of full-cycle recruiting.

- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software (prior experience with an ATS like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday is a major plus!).

- Unwavering integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
