Junior Project Manager - Technology Projects

What You Will Do
- Coordinate small to medium-sized technology projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept and kickoff to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines using modern project management tools (like Jira or Asana), ensuring all team members are aligned.
- Diligently track key project milestones and deliverables, providing transparent progress updates and ensuring critical deadlines are consistently met.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation—including status reports, meeting minutes, action items, and risk logs—to ensure a single source of truth.
- Serve as a central point of communication, facilitating clear and consistent updates between development teams, designers, QA specialists, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and resource allocation, helping to ensure that projects remain on track financially without sacrificing quality.
- Proactively identify and help resolve project issues, potential risks, and dependencies, often before they can impact the project timeline.
- Maintain a clear focus on project scope and ensure that all final deliverables meet the highest quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A foundational understanding of project management principles and methodologies (familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is a significant advantage).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills—both written and verbal—with a keen eye for detail in all documentation and correspondence.
- A collaborative spirit combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, you see challenges as opportunities.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently, adapting to the fluid nature of a dynamic tech environment.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- An authentic eagerness to learn, absorb feedback, and grow within the project management discipline. A Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is a plus, but not required.
