What You'll Do
- Maintain real-time project schedules, updating tasks and dependencies in shared trackers.
- Capture meeting minutes swiftly; distribute actionable summaries within 24 hours.
- Orchestrate calendar logistics—rooms, video links, reminders—for internal and client sessions.
- Enter and audit data across spreadsheets, dashboards, and ticketing systems.
- Curate project files, versioning critical artifacts for easy retrieval.
- Monitor approaching deadlines, flag risks, and suggest course corrections.
- Draft concise status reports, distilling progress for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Route correspondence, field incoming calls, and escalate priority items promptly.
- Champion continuous improvement by proposing smarter templates or workflow tweaks.
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 0-2 years’ experience in project coordination, office administration, or internships of similar scope.
- Confident command of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel formulas, Word styles, PowerPoint layouts, Outlook rules).
