What You’ll Do  

– Coordinate calendars, schedule stand-ups, and secure meeting rooms or virtual links.  

– Capture and publish concise meeting minutes within 24 hours.  

– Update Gantt charts and Kanban boards in Jira, Trello, or Asana to reflect daily progress.  

– Audit shared drives and wikis—archive outdated artifacts, label new versions, and ensure stakeholders always find the “single source of truth.”  

– Track action items, risk logs, and decision registers, escalating issues before they threaten deadlines.  

– Prepare polished slide decks and dashboard snapshots for sprint reviews, steering committees, and executive briefings.  

– Answer calls, route correspondence, and deliver prompt responses that build trust with internal and external partners.  

– Support continuous-improvement workshops by gathering metrics and documenting lessons learned.


What You’ll Bring  

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.  

– 0-2 years’ experience in project coordination, administrative support, or internships with tangible deliverables.  

– Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting), PowerPoint, and Outlook.  

– Familiarity with at least one tool: Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet.  

– Clear written and verbal communication—able to distill complex updates into crisp bullet points.  

– Obsessive attention to detail and proven time-management habits.  

– Analytical mindset with basic data entry and reporting skills.  

– Adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.  

– Eligibility to work in the United States.
