Key Responsibilities  

- Track multi-workstream schedules, dependencies, and risks using Jira, Asana, or MS Project—updating dashboards daily.  

- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint reviews, and issue-resolution sessions that keep engineers, designers, and analysts aligned.  

- Document scope changes, decisions, and lessons learned in Confluence or Notion for transparent knowledge transfer.  

- Coordinate resources across finance, marketing, and support to meet milestone budgets and quality gates.  

- Analyze performance metrics, craft status reports, and escalate blockers with data-backed recommendations.  

- Champion Agile, Lean, and PMI best practices while adapting to each product’s unique delivery cadence.  

- Foster an inclusive, psychologically safe environment—whether colleagues sit in the next cube or collaborate fully remote.  


Required Qualifications  

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or equivalent STEM field.  

- 0-2 years’ experience in program, project, or operations coordination (internships count).  

- Proven command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and lightweight SQL for budget and KPI tracking.  

- Competence with at least one modern PM platform—Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.  

- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks, critical path analysis, and risk registers.  

- Exceptional written and verbal communication; you translate technical jargon into executive-ready summaries.  

- Detail-oriented mindset paired with adaptive problem-solving—you pivot when priorities shift.  


Preferred Skills  

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.  

- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for program analytics visualization.  

- CAPM or Scrum Master certification in progress.
