Key Responsibilities

- Capture meeting minutes; translate action items into trackable tasks.
- Execute accurate data entry into spreadsheets, CRMs, and cloud databases.
- Maintain digital and physical records—filing, versioning, and archiving documents.
- Prepare status reports and simple dashboards that highlight KPIs, budget burn, and timeline risk.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries with clear, professional communication.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to arrange shipping, travel, and training logistics.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks, propose enhancements, and test new templates or automations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of administrative or project support—internships count.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello, or Asana.
- Basic data skills: pivot tables, v-lookups, and introductory SQL select statements.
- Sharp verbal and written communication; you tailor tone to diverse audiences.
- Superior time management—juggle parallel tasks without missing deadlines.
- Innate problem-solver who spots inconsistencies and acts before they escalate.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
